Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept Cash, Venmo: @ihdeslipnslide, Cash App: $ihdeslipnslide and Zelle: 6264944541. Exact cash is required, drivers don't carry cash.
Q: How do you clean the slide?
A: We clean each slide before and after each use. You will see our Team cleaning when dropping off and picking up. We ensure a clean rental.
Q: What are the set up requirements?
A: Please refer to the individual information sheet for each rental.
We require the electrical outlet (and water faucet for water rentals) within 75 feet of the unit.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q: How much space do I need?
A: Please see individual rental information.
Q: Does the inflatable need to be plugged in the entire time?
A: You can power the inflatable on and of pretty much as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for cake and ice cream, leave it on. If they are going to be off for 90+ minutes you can unplug the blower and turn off. Turn water off, if applicable. When they want to play again, just plug back in and turn water on. Please DO NOT leave the unit running all night long.
